Sell What You Create

There's much to be said about talent. Not everyone has the same abilities that you have. Everybody is unique, therefore, you may have something that no one else has. The idea is to expand on what you have created that is nonpareil to others. Maybe you have an eye for capturing details that no one else sees, or you have style that is eccentric to the norm. What ever it is, you have something unique.

If you focus on what you are all about, then it will be easier to accomplish your goals. If you intend to add more income and you have a knack for photography, you can sell your photos on various stock photography companies and make a profit. If you tried selling your oil paintings with very little return, then you can teach others your techniques by selling your training online. Check Here as an example.

The sky's the limit to what you can do. All you need to do is ask yourself what you are good at and go with it! If you like to blog or just chat with friends all day, you can subscribe to YouTube and earn money doing it! If you love to shop, you can subscribe to companies that pay you to shop. If you love to decorate or arrange flowers, there's a wealth of fields you can pursue with this talent. Put your "Right Brain" to good use. That is why you have two hemispheres. If you don't use it, it would seem like a waste. See how easy you can learn from master artists.

Stage Your House For Sale For Less Than $1,000

Don't want to pay a professional stager? Steal some tips from the stager's guide.  Here's a checklist that will help sell your home faster:

  • Declutter your rooms. Clutter makes a home look smaller. This before picture had far too many small items.
  • Take out personal belongings. Photos, school memorabilia, collectibles, etc. need to be removed so that potential buyers can imagine themselves in this home.
  • Don't offend the buyer. Nonsmokers, atheists and PETA supporters may be a potential buyer. So put away ashtrays, religious artwork and anything else that may be offensive.
  • Tone down the color of your walls. Repainting a neutral color will appeal to the greater number of potential buyers.
  • Highlight good features of the home. Make sure not to block bay windows or fireplaces, for example, and rearrange furniture to draw the great features and focal points of a room.
  • Use tricks to expand a room. For instance, a mirror placed on the opposite side of a narrow room can make it feel larger. Hang drapery higher and wider than usual to make a window appear bigger. Place items in a corresponding angle as in the picture above.
  • Tell a story. Make your home inviting by setting out candles and turning on lights for a dramatic flare.
  • Don't overwhelm your efforts. Just focus on the important rooms of the house, such as the living room, kitchen, and master suite. These are the rooms that normally sell a house.

Ten Steps to Regaining Your Passion

  • Find what is important in your life: Do you desire certain things in your life to happen now before you get any older? Do you have dreams of success and following your passion?
  • Discover your strengths: What are you good at?  What do you enjoy most in your current life?
  • Exploit yourself:  Step outside the box for a change. Take baby steps to follow what you're after. Start a blog or join a social media group and share your passion.
  • Notice the things you do in your life: Monitor your normal routine and find out what makes you feel good and what brings you down. Figure out ways to increase the things that make you feel better and decrease the downer routines.
  • Ask yourself what you would do if you won the Lottery: What things would you do differently? Then ask yourself how can you achieve this opportunity without actually winning.
  • Write down all the things that make you happy: Find a way to bring these things into reality starting today.
  • Prioritize the importance of achieving your goals: If you had only a limited time to live, for example, what would you do now? Put these things on a calendar or post a list of procession on the refrigerator.
  • Ask your loved ones what they think you're good at: Sometimes we are too busy to notice our own talents and strengths.
  • Hold on to your dreams: Never let go of the things you desire in life. What did you wished for as child? Did these wishes come true or are you still striving for them?
  • Put emphasis on what makes you valuable in your life: What values did you learn as a kid? How have you applied it to your current situation
How you want to be remembered? Start putting emphasis on your true value here on earth. Be passionate, find a purpose, do what's important, and find your happiness.

Get In Sync!

Do you believe in Synchronicity? There's a buzz of many changes happening all around us. Synchronicity is the experience of two or more events likely to occur together by chance. This leads to a meaningful coincidence, where things line up for you in a way that brings meaning to life events.

You can call it luck, but it is essentially being in the right place at the right time. This likely occurrence may make a huge difference in your life.

You've seen people who have an unbelievable ability to master any situation and always seems to be "lucky" in everything.

If you're like most people, you have your ups and downs of every day. I'm sure you've had moments of synchronicity in which you felt was an order beyond what we consider the fact that guided the moment. Other times I'm sure you've had to deal with the question "Why?"

Sometimes life feels like a long process of wandering. There may be lack of clarity about your purpose in life; you may become frustrated that you can not predict the outcome of the decisions you make. But under the veil, just our normal perception, there is a communication system. This system has always existed, but we seem to want to ignore it.

If you can just stop and start becoming aware of the changes around you, you can begin to experience synchronicity. When you get in sync, you will then see how this system can work for you. It is the universe that sends you messages that will lead you to your right path and purpose in life. If you learn to decode these messages based on your life, it  will be visible and possible for you to follow your destiny, you will find your life satisfying and meaningful.
